We want to invent a revolutionary patient electronic card interface. Convenient, technological, clear. To make it truly useful in the modern world for both patients and doctors.

This competition will change our attitude towards medicine. There are no such solutions on the market, so a new design really needs to be invented.

For this reason we need the best UX / UI designers!
About us
Who we are expecting to apply:
- Creative teams
- Agencies
- Independent designers
Our mission
To simplify life of citizens about their health care checks.

Make the work of doctors as effective as possible. Provide quick access to all necessary patient information.

Implement best results in different medical clinics around the globe.
See what a standard patient card looks like at this moment.
It looks like a receipt from a store.

Uninformative, incomprehensible. If you are an ordinary person with a history of treatment from different doctors, it's very difficult to understand the connection between them.
Patient's card
It is important to show all information without any misleading or confusion as we are talking about patience health in this exact moment!
We propose to work out the following data in the Competition. We will send the details to the statement of work after registration.
Examples of
Sections on the Patient Card
Sections on the Patient Card
1) Patient Profile

General information about the patient, usually static, grouped in one place and not scattered throughout the card.

2) Interaction History (Problem / History)

List of problems
Receptions / meetings (which were)

The history of health is non-linear. Problems are divided not only by chronology, but also by disease. Everything is clear and understandable. It can be seen what they tried to do, what helped and what didn't. When and where was at the appointments, which doctors.

3) Snapshot

Visual representation of the main diseases of the human body
Annotated reduction in patient active problems. It provides brief summaries of color-coded problems that include modern laboratory tests and medications. We imagine that this is what they store in the refrigerator along with a schedule of medicines.

4) Medicines

Drug treatment
Care plan (receptions / meetings to be)

Not only a list of recipes, but also a tool to not forget anything important. Medications are grouped by problem, which gives a more complete picture of the medical plan of action. Here, patients are informed about the dosage, instructions ("what to do"), meaning (what he is doing) and special requirements. The summary is accompanied by a timeline that helps the patient understand the sequence and caveats of his medication schedule.

5) Laboratory results (tests and history)

Lipid panel
Complete blood count
Analysis of urine

Here you need to not just show the numbers of specific laboratory indicators. But also show the dynamics, the magnitude of the deviation from the reference values, the trend of change.

About product

The most secure and functional platform for Big Data medical data. A personal medical assistant for the whole family who will make the process of health care as comfortable, confident and understandable as possible. Personal medical assistant for the whole family. A smart, technological approach to controlling your health.

1) Big Data

Our system will allow not only collecting data, but also using them wisely:
Collect all this data and bring it into a single format. Previously, a lot of data was lost, it was not collected in one place. The doctor received only a meagre history, now it will be absolutely all information about human health that is only possible to collect
This information is grouped in a special way so that the doctor can consume it in a convenient format (the doctor is also a person, he also makes mistakes if he is overloaded and analyzes a lot of useless information. And we collect information, prioritize and show only what the doctor needs to know, what goes beyond the reference values and what is unique to this patient).
It is possible to build dependencies between the available data and find correlations of different indicators (i.e., we can understand how insufficient sleep affects pressure, etc.).

2) The whole picture about health

We cannot work with anything and improve it until we see it and touch it. Until today, we have not considered ourselves as a single organism, which can be evaluated, and then improved as a whole, as well as its individual elements. We could not even imagine that we could affect working capacity, productivity, sleep, well-being, longevity, etc.
In essence, this is biohacking (but not in terms of the fact that we are testing dubious approaches. But in terms of the fact that we measure and analyze everything, monitor the dynamics and draw conclusions).
And here a revolutionary method comes into our arsenal - measuring the whole organism and knowing ourselves, analysing interactions with the outside world (the influence of external factors on us). In essence, we are thus aware and cognize ourselves.
Awareness allows us to see how the external environment affects our body. We become the position of an external observer who, with an independent objective look, evaluates what is happening with the body.

3) Confidence in tomorrow

If before you could not be sure that tomorrow you would not know that you were ill with some serious illness. Then with our system you have the dynamics of all the necessary indicators to be sure that the body is not weakened by anything, it is not sick and does not even begin to become ill with anything.
And if this happens, the system will warn you and your doctor about it in advance, and together you will develop a prevention strategy to prevent the onset of the disease.
You never had such confidence in tomorrow!

We make a squeeze from the medical sphere and offer all the best that is on the market:

The best medications, the best manufacturers (better than just not)
Best clinics in terms of service
